OBJECTIVES

Actions speak louder than words

We are committed to treading lightly and making a real difference. Hospitality can act differently. Rogers Hospitality’s objective is to deliver premium hospitality services that benefit the environment, add value to our local communities and uplift guest experience.

Towards a low carbon economy

We envision on-site renewable energy production for enhanced autonomy. Our team's energy efficiency training is at 100%, while meticulous monitoring helps us measure our carbon footprint across all scopes.

Thoughtfully selected products from local and regional sources

We prioritize sourcing locally and regionally, with 90% of our seafood, meats, poultry, fruits, and vegetables procured from nearby sources. This commitment ensures freshness, supports local communities, and reduces our carbon footprint.

Adopting Renewable Energy

The installation of a PV farm of 4 MW by end 2024 at Bel Ombre, representing about 80% of electricity consumption of Heritage Resorts.

Into Conservation

In partnership with Reef Conservation, we are deeply committed to expanding our Conservation Programmes. Through these efforts, we strive to ensure the long-term sustainability and biodiversity of these precious ecosystems, with a particular emphasis on lagoon conservation and protection initiatives in Bel Ombre.

Waste management

100% of our hotels boasts a comprehensive waste management program. We strive to minimize our impact on the environment by actively diverting waste away from the national landfill through our innovative recycling initiatives.

Operational Excellence and transparency

Our certification programs such as Green Key, GEO Golf assure that our operations operate as per recognized international criteria and norms.

Towards zero single-use plastic

Since 2022, we have embraced a "zero single-use plastics" strategy throughout our operations. As part of this commitment, we have successfully eliminated or substituted 20 out of 25 guest-facing single-use plastic items with reusable, recyclable, and compostable alternatives.
