Our business generates a significant amount of organic wastes. Solutions we have implemented to overcome this issue and move towards zero organic waste include composting all green waste into natural fertilisers and enrolling into the "Pledge Certification" programme. For now, we have started with Veranda Tamarin and Heritage Awali, prior to extending these initiatives to all other business units. Since we started, 65% of our resorts’ waste was diverted from the landfill through our recycling programmes.
