A Sustainable Procurement Policy is in place to provide guidance, accountability, efficiency and clarity, on how we wish to deploy our procurement strategy. It is further supported by a set of guidelines to assist the purchasing team in identifying sustainable solutions and considerations in their choices. Additionally, we have a local procurement plan concerning fruits, vegetables and seafood, which is reinforced by our partnerships with regional food suppliers of the Indian Ocean.
